Shop4me is an online consumer market which deals in a variety of local and imported foods and daily necessities our main aim is to provide foods and beverages of high quality at a very reasonable price. We aim to eliminate the stress that most consumers have in most retail shops like queues, expensive prices and empower our local farmers. Shop4me provides high-end customers with a vast variety of commodities and a second to none first-class service. We wish to connect people with the things that they need and love here in Zambia to promote and sell products that improve health and well-being for Zambians.

Job Skills and Requirements

Customer Service Skills: The customer is always right. You will need to be able to speak in a friendly way to customers and potential customers, listening to their needs and helping communicate options for them.

Communication Skills: You will need to speak to customers about a product’s different features, and answer any questions they might have about shop4me

Persistence: Not every customer is going to be a sale. Being able to bounce back if you lose a sale will be key for this job.

Flexibility

Requirements

• Must be based in Lusaka
• Must have a Clean Police Record
• Must be goal oriented
• Must be ready to work in the field

Qualifications

• Certificate in Marketing and Sales
• Full Grade 12 certificate
• Knowledge of stores management will be an added advantage
