Salon Hair Stylist Job Vacancy at PDH Foundation trading as Urban Bliss

Job Purpose: To provide professional hair styling services to guests including deep conditioning, coloring, cut, and styling.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Making appointments, maintaining client records and handling financial transactions
• Providing the required hair service based on the desire of the customer

Qualifications

• Grade twelve certificate
• Training and certification from a hair styling or cosmetology school
• 3 – 5 years of experience
• 25 years- old and above

Competence and Experience

• Thorough knowledge of hairstyles, hair-care products, tools and related procedures for a variety of hairstyles, lengths, types, and textures
• Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills
• Physical mobility and ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to listen in detail to the needs of the customer
