Kukula Seed Fund
Kukula Seed Fund was established in January 2013. Its purpose is to finance early stage growth investments with particular focus on businesses in North Western of Zambia. The main type of financing is equity capital. We are seeking to employee an office secretary who will be based at our Solwezi Office .
Secretary Job Description
- Strong Skill of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and to maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases;
- Attending to visitor coming to the office and making sure they are received in a professional manner
- Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts;
- Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment;
- Sorting and distributing incoming post and organising and sending outgoing post;
- Arranging travel and accommodation for staff or customers and other external contacts;
- Liaising with colleagues and external contacts to book travel and accommodation;
- Organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information;
- Photocopying and printing various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues;
- Arranging in-house and external events.

- Making sure the office is kept cleaning at all time and before everyone reports for work
- Maintaining and buying food stocks for the office
Qualification
- Grade 12 certificate.
- Diploma in public administration or Degree in Business Administration or related fields.
- Not less than 3 years of experience.
- Not more than 35 years of age.
- Excellent verbal and written English with the ability to communicate courteously and effectively.
