Job Purpose
To undertake all secretarial and basic administrative duties of the office in order to facilitate smooth operations.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements
The required qualifications for the position as advertised were as follows:
- Full Grade 12 Certificate with credit in English.
- Vocational Training in Shorthand/Typing [55 WPM Typing and Shorthand 100 WPM].
- Member of the Professional Secretaries Association of Zambia.
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
