Responsibilities
- To plan and coordinate both preventive and corrective building maintenance works and other construction schedules of projects
- To coordinate procurement and availability of equipment, tools or materials and labour
- Preparation of weekly, monthly and annual reports
- Supervision of contracted work to ensure work is carried out to specifications and within contractual agreements
Qualifications
- Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Five years experience in civil engineering
- Skills in basic Auto Cad
- Full member of the engineering institute of Zambia
