Key Responsibilities

  • This position will be required to adhere to all relevant requirements, policies, procedures and legal regulations pertaining to health, safety, environment and quality, as well as finance, human resources, and any other regulations as required by the company and relevant to the level of the role and responsibilities of the function.
  • Setting up active and preventative maintenance systems in construction and related fields.
  • Co-ordinate housing construction and maintenance.
  • Oversee building projects to ensure site requirements are met within safety and quality standards.
  • Maintain a detailed records and generate reports.
  • Other duties as directed by the Supervisor

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of a Grade 12 / equivalent
  • National Diploma in Construction / Civil engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum of 15 years relevant experience in construction industry
  • Have a valid Zambian drivers licence (2 years in possession)
