Sponsorship Services Assistants
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in development studies, social work, or any other relevant Social Sciences
  • Experience working in community development programmes
  • Ability to perform with minimum supervision
  • Proficient in MS Project and MS Office Team Player and sober Character
  • Proficient in two or more Zambian local languages
Driver 
Qualifications
  • Grade 12 ‘0’ level Certificate or Mechanical knowledge Valid Driver’s Licence preferably Class C
  • Defensive Driving Certificate will be an add advantage
  • Five years driving experience
Field Coordinator
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in development studies social work, or any other relevant social Sciences
  • Must be a Mumbwa resident, with vast knowledge of the local culture, particularly local languages
  • Experience working in community development programmes
  • Ability to perform with minimum supervision
  • Proficient in MS Project and MS Office Team Player and sober Character
Operations Assistant
Qualifications
  • Degree or Diploma in Project Management or other related fields
  • Three five years’ experience in supporting project Managers in the delivery of development projects
  • Proficient in MS Project and or MS Office and Strong mult-tasking and organisational skills
  • Effective Communication skills , including verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in the team based environment
