2. LOAN OFICERS- degree or diploma in microfinance, developmental finance, marketing banking or business qualification, 4 years experience in microfinance or developmental finance
3. BRANCH OPERATIONS OFFICER- degree in banking and Finance or administration, microfinance qualification an advantage, 4 years proven experience as an operations officer, customer service related skills
4. TELLERS- good A level passes including Mathematics at 0-level, part IOBZ, , numerical data on computer with speed and accuracy
5. CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER- diploma in banking or equivalent, 4 years banking experience and familiarity with banking back office operations
6. CREDIT ANALYTS- degree in accounting, finance or banking, diploma in credit management is a must, 4 years relevant experience in microfinance
7. PERSONAL ASSISTANT- 3 A levels, executive secretarial diploma, 5 years experience
8. CENTRL OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR- a degree in finance or recognised banking equivalent, 4 years experience in banking
9. SECURITY OFFICER reporting to Head of Operations- degree in business studies, economics/commerce plus certificate/diploma or training in Security Management, 7 years experience in Security Operations, 2 in commercial crime environments
10. BACK OFFICE CLERKS- good a level results including Mathematics O level, studying towards IOBZ qualification
11. MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT- accountancy degree, CA/CIMA/ACCA, 4 years experience at Management level, proven experience as a management accountant
12. DRIVER MESSENGER- clean class 4 drivers licence, defense driver certificate, 3 years driver messenger experience in a Bank
