The company is seeking services of highly motivated, ambitious and confident individuals to occupy the following vacancies ;

RECEPTIONIST x1

RESPONSIBILITIES

• to be able to answer customer queries and assist them accordingly
• to write/prepare quotations
• to ensure customers receive their goods on time without delay
• to enter data and any other information provided by the line manager
• to answer calls on behalf of the company

ABILITIES

• the receptionist must be computer literate
• should possess good communication skills
• should have great networking, people-oriented mindset and able to relate well with everyone
• possess excellent listening skills

QUALIFICATIONS

• Grade 12 Certificate or College certificate in the business-related course is an added advantage
• highly motivated, confident and persuasive
• must have reasonable work experience at front desk/receptionist

SALES REPRESENTATIVES (2)

RESPONSIBILITIES;

• to be able to convince/persuade customers to buy the company products
• to go out in the field to find a market for company products
• to politely welcome customers and introduce them to company products
• to advise and answer questions asked by customers
• to make follow-ups on individuals and companies showing interest in the company products

ABILITIES

• be able to apply aggressive sales techniques that will help reduce customer resistance
• be able to communicate and network effectively and efficiently with customers and fellow team/sales mates
• must be computer literate, with good communication skills

QUALIFICATIONS

• must possess a minimum qualification of a grade 12 certificate. A college certificate in any business-related field is an added advantage
• be able to work under pressure to meet the sales targets
• 1 year of sales related work experience is an added advantage
• applicant should possess original copies of academic qualifications
• Kitwe based applicants stand a better chance
