Silverlands Zambia Limited is an agricultural business which operates in Central and Southern provinces with its head office situated in Lusaka. The Company wishes to invite applications from suitably qualified individuals to fill the following position for our operations in Serenje and Zimba:
Human Resources Assistant – (2 positions)
Job Role:
• Recruitment and contract administration;
• Ensure HR records, systems and processes are kept up to date and accurate;
• Address disciplinary and grievances matters;
• Assist management in the conducting of performance appraisals;
• Provide guidance and advice on labour laws;
• Monitor time keeping and attendance;
• Provide weekly reports for HR Manager.
Requirements:
• Must be a Zambian National.
• Diploma in Human Resource Management.
• Knowledge of Zambian labour laws.
• Membership with the ZIHRM.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Must be computer literate.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to exercise confidentiality and professionalism.
