The Council Of Mulungushi University invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for the following
positions:-

1.0 REGISTRAR’S OFFICE

Software Developer (Re-advertised)

Job Purpose: Developing high quality software solutions for the University

Principal Accountabilities :

• Developing of (web) applications in PHP, Java and other languages
• Presenting ideas for system improvements
• Producing detailed specifications and documentation
• Testing in-house developed and externally provided software
• Preparing Of training manuals for end-users
• Maintenance and updating of existing systems, (security, new coding standards, etc)

Requirements

• Full Grade 12 Certificate with 05 Credits or better
• A professional with a Diploma in Computer Science
• A Degree in Computer Science will be an added advantage
• Professional Certificates in MCSD, CSSLP,Java SE certification
• Four years hands-on work experience in similar position.
