Key Results Areas include:

• Systems analysis and solutions design (DFD, Proposed Architecture Diagrams, FlowCharts, Pseudocode)
• Translate designs to Prototypes, and develop working solutions in an appropriate programming language
• Adapt and support the company’s Agile development practices
• Technical Proposal writing showing customers the full design of their solution
• Facilitate Pre-Sales to ensure customers are confident in our abilities to build the right solution.
• Coordinate Software Testing
• Monitor and validate Development effort
• Maintain documentation – User and Technical for all solutions developed.
• Provide Support for Crystaline’s Internal Systems as assigned from time to time

Desired Qualifications

• Minimum of Advanced Diploma in IT, MIS, Computer Science with minimum 1-year post qualifying experience. A Bachelors Degree an added advantage
• Experience in working with Software Development Frameworks
• Practical skills with PHP, Java, Android Development required
• Ability to Write SQL Statements
• Front End/UI Design skills – Graphics, Angular JS, HTML5 a Plus
• Knowledge of Facebook App/Forms Development desirable
