Job Purpose

The Graduate Trainee programme is in line with the Bank’s learning and growth objectives to develop and grow business leaders for the future. It aims at developing suitably qualified persons with high potential for various career streams within the Bank at junior and middle management levels with potential to take over senior positions.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities

  • End to End understanding of business processes, and products (2X product areas)
  • End to end understanding of relationship banking services and processes in Business Banking
  • Understanding of the services and processes of the Corporate and retail businesses
  • End to End understanding of Risk and Credit practices and regulation.
  • Hands on analysis/ work deliverable asassigned by business areas in the bank

Preferred Qualification And Experience

  • Applicants must have completed their degree programme within the year 2016 or 2017 and have the full set of results.
  • Applicants must have completed with Merit or better.
  • Applicants must have studied Business/Commerce, Economics, Accountancy, Engineering, Mathematics, Social Sciences, Agricultural Science or similar courses.
