Job Description
key responsibilities
Ensure smooth operation/ running of the retail station to increase fuel sales and reduce operational costs.
- use market research to capitalize on consumer trends, determine expected sales volume for new products and set competitive prices.
- Make decisions on all products sold and services offered with the goal of maximizing station revenue.
- Ensure that security protocols, such as maintaining small amounts of cash on-premises, are always followed.
- Create employee schedules, ensure all shifts are covered, and adjust these schedules to accommodate employees when possible.
Minimum Qualification/ Experience
- University degree or diploma
- Minimum of 8 years Cognate experience in a similar role as a station manager
- Experience in East Africa is preferred
