JOB TITLE: Personal Assistant to Hotel Manager
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
- Grade 12
- Certificate / Diploma in secretarial
- Certificate/Diploma in Hotel Management will be an added advantage
- Computer literate
- Shorthand speed 100/110 w.p.m
- Typing speed 55/60 w.p.m
- Must have 2-3 years of experience in a similar /related position
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle all forms of correspondence, calls and visits
- Type all office correspondence
- Assist in the compilation and distribution of regular and ad hoc reports
- Make all necessary accommodation and travel arrangements and ensure confirmation thereof
- Ensure sufficient stationery supplies at all times
- File all necessary documentation on a regular basis
- Taking meeting minutes when required
- Creating and maintaining calendar appointments for the hotel manager
- Perform any other duties as maybe delegated by the Hotel Manager

- Ability to work with minimum supervision
