JOB TITLE: Personal Assistant to Hotel Manager

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

  • Grade 12
  • Certificate / Diploma in secretarial
  • Certificate/Diploma in Hotel Management will be an added advantage
  • Computer literate
  • Shorthand speed 100/110 w.p.m
  • Typing speed 55/60 w.p.m
  • Must have 2-3 years of experience in a similar /related position

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle all forms of correspondence, calls and visits
  • Type all office correspondence
  • Assist in the compilation and distribution of regular and ad hoc reports
  • Make all necessary accommodation and travel arrangements and ensure confirmation thereof
  • Ensure sufficient stationery supplies at all times
  • File all necessary documentation on a regular basis
  • Taking meeting minutes when required
  • Creating and maintaining calendar appointments for the hotel manager
  • Perform any other duties as maybe delegated by the Hotel Manager
