Background

SOS Children’s Villages Zambia has set aside funds to be used towards finance for the supply and delivery of School furniture and laboratory equipment/apparatus at Kafue Bridge School in Kitwe, Copper belt Province Zambia.

Instructions

Potential Suppliers are now invited to participate in this open tender by following the instructions below;

1) The tender is open to all potential suppliers registered in Zambia

2) The tender documents are accessible online at www.gozambiajobs.com see the link on item 9 below.

3) The tender is free to participate. Pay attention to selection requirements on item 8 below.

4) Quotations should be submitted in HARD COPIES only in a sealed envelope and must be deposited at the front office and signed for by the person submitting. No electronic submission will be allowed.

5) Payment terms will only allow advance of not more than 25% of contract value and the balance after full delivery and acceptance of the items

6) No payment shall be made on any part of the supply not satisfactorily performed.

7) The estimated delivery period shall be 21 working days from receipt of signed purchase order.

8) The selection criteria shall follow these requirements;

a. Certificate of business registration

b. Valid tax clearance certificate for 2020

c. Confirmation of funds availability to finance this project yourself (commitment letter or financial statement showing available funds equivalent to your quotation value)

d. Completed vendor information form

e. Provide minimum of 3 latest contracts successfully performed in the last 12 months in relation to supply of these materials. Past contract copies will be required as proof

9) The quantities of items needed are referred to on the attached schedule or CLICK HERE to access the document with requirements.

Quotation Submission

Fully priced and supported quotation with selection requirements must be submitted not later than Wednesday 1st April 2020 at 17:00hrs and should be submitted to the following address.
