Background

SOS Children’s Villages Zambia has set aside funds to be used towards finance for supply and delivery of various items in the table below

Instructions

Registered suppliers are now invited to participate in this open tender by following the instructions below;

1) This tender is open to all potential suppliers in Zambia
2) There is no charge applicable in participating in this tender
3) The closing date and time of submitting fully costed quotations shall be Wednesday 19th February 2020 before 14:00
4) Tender opening shall take place immediately after closing receipt of quotations and the opening shall take place at National Office in PHI via procurement office. BIDDERS WHO WISH TO ATTEND BID OPENING SHOULD DO SO BUT IT IS NOT MANDATORY.
5) No physical submission of quotations will be allowed. Submission of quotations shall only be via [email protected] . NO LATE SUBMISSION SHALL BE ACCEPTED
6) SOS will not allow advance payment to finance your proposal.
7) The requirements to be used for assessing your quotation shall be as follows
a. quotation
b. valid Tax clearance from ZRA
