OVERALL PURPOSE
To provide operational and technical ICT support to Zamtel staff in order to achieve effective and efficient business operations.
JOB SPECIFICATION
Minimum Qualifications:
- Diploma in Computer Studies or its equivalent.
- Professional certification N+, MCP, MSC, MSCE will be added advantage
Professional Registration:
- CSZ/EIZ or any other recognised institution
Minimum Experience :
- 1-2 Years experience in PC/LAN support in an enterprise sized environment
- At least 1 year experience in a computing environment
Key Skills:
- Knowledge in PC/Network Support
- Wireless devices deployment and support
- Windows 7 Enterprise/ Microsoft Application Support
- AntiVirus Management and Support
