Title: IT Support Administrator

OVERALL PURPOSE

To provide operational and technical ICT support to Zamtel staff in order to achieve effective and efficient business operations.

JOB SPECIFICATION

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Computer Studies or its equivalent.
  • Professional certification N+, MCP, MSC, MSCE will be added advantage

Professional Registration:

  • CSZ/EIZ or any other recognised institution

Minimum Experience :

  • 1-2 Years experience in PC/LAN support in an enterprise sized environment
  • At least 1 year experience in a computing environment

Key Skills:

  • Knowledge in PC/Network Support
  • Wireless devices deployment and support
  • Windows 7 Enterprise/ Microsoft Application Support
  • AntiVirus Management and Support
