Tax Supervisor/Assistant Manager Job: BDO Zambia Limited – July 2017

Due to the expansion of the business, BDO Zambia Limited is looking for an experienced individual to fill the position of Tax Supervisor/Assistant Manager:

TAX SUPERVISOR / ASSISTANT MANAGER

Key Role:

  • A good working knowledge of the Zambian Taxation Legislation
  • Ability to deal directly with Zambia Revenue Authority
  • Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients

Education:

  • Full ACCA, CIMA or ZICA
  • Registered member of ZICA

Skills:

  • Computer literate (especially Word and Excel)
  • Initiative and ability to meet deadlines
  • Supervisory / Managerial experience of not less than 2 years

Experience

  • Strong Income Tax knowledge
  • Reviewing tax computations
  • Submission of tax returns
  • Working knowledge of tax online and ZRA
  • Not less than 4 years work experience
  • Must be an excellent communicator and able to work under pressure
  • The role requires confidentiality and professionalism
