Technician – User Support
We are looking for your energetic candidates to fill the role of User Support Technician at our Lusaka Operations Office.
Requirements
- Excellent English and Communication skills.
- Windows Server 2012 Install, Configure, Administer, Troubleshoot
- Windows 10 & 7 Install, Configure, Administer, Troubleshoot
- Knowledge of SQL Server or MYSQL Database (replication services)
- Linux Administration exposure an advantage
- Good With Remote Access RDP/TeamViewer/Any desk/VNC Lite
- Quick Learner
- Hardware Knowledge
a. Repair PC, Repair Lan,
b. Install/Trouble Shoot LANs, Run & Terminate Cables (a must) - Knowledge of TCP/IP (routing)
Qualifications:
- 2 Years’ Experience of the above (Except Server 2012)
- Driver’s License a plus
- Diploma in ICT with Linux exposure
- Microsoft Certification (Advantageous)
- Cisco Certification (advantage)
