Technician – User Support

We are looking for your energetic candidates to fill the role of User Support Technician at our Lusaka Operations Office.

Requirements

  • Excellent English and Communication skills.
  • Windows Server 2012 Install, Configure, Administer, Troubleshoot
  • Windows 10 & 7 Install, Configure, Administer, Troubleshoot
  • Knowledge of SQL Server or MYSQL Database (replication services)
  • Linux Administration exposure an advantage
  • Good With Remote Access RDP/TeamViewer/Any desk/VNC Lite
  • Quick Learner
  • Hardware Knowledge
    a. Repair PC, Repair Lan,
    b. Install/Trouble Shoot LANs, Run & Terminate Cables (a must)
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP (routing)

 

Qualifications:

  • 2 Years’ Experience of the above (Except Server 2012)
  • Driver’s License a plus
  • Diploma in ICT with Linux exposure
  • Microsoft Certification (Advantageous)
  • Cisco Certification (advantage)
