Background

SOS Children’s Villages Zambia has set aside funds to be used towards finance for the supply and delivery of above named item.

Instructions

You are now invited to re-tender or participate in this solicitation by following the instructions below;

1)    You are required to comply with below eligibility requirements;

a.     Submit business registration certificate

b.     Submit valid tax clearance certificate

c.     Accept payment after delivery of goods/services

d.     Provide a minimum of 3 previous similar services performed elsewhere (names and contact details are required). Past contract copies may be required as proof.

e.     Indicate your delivery period but should not exceed 14 days from the contract award date.

2)    The closing date and time of submitting fully costed quotation shall be Tuesday 2nd June 2020 on or before 10:00am.

3)    Your quotations should be addressed to the National Procurement Officer, SOS Zambia, PHI Office, Lusaka and must be put in a sealed envelope clearly marked TENDER FOR SUPPLY OF COMPUTERS. Same must be deposited in a tender box located at the front office.

4)    The quotations shall be rejected or contract terminated if any illegal or corrupt practices will be observed having taken place in connection with this transaction.

5)    Below is the required quantity and specification:
