Supply and Delivery of Desk Top Computers

Background

SOS Children’s Villages Zambia has set aside funds to be used towards finance for the supply and delivery of 35 Desktop Computers to the Livingstone Office in Southern Province.

Instructions

Eligibility Suppliers in Zambia are now invited to participate in this open tender by following the instructions below;

1) The tender is open to all potential suppliers registered in Zambia
2) There is no charge applicable in participating in this tender
3) Full payment will be made after full delivery and acceptance of the items. However, only up to 25% advance payment can be allowed for logistical support
4) No payment shall be made on any part of the supply not satisfactorily performed.
5) The estimated delivery period shall be 5 working days from contract award date.
6) The selection criteria shall follow these requirements;

a. Certificate of business registration
b. Valid tax clearance certificate for 2020
c. Confirmation of funds availability to finance this project yourself (commitment letter or financial statement showing available funds equivalent to your quotation value)
d. Delivery period should not be more than 5 days from contract award date.
e. Provide minimum of 3 latest contracts successfully performed in the last 12 months in relation to supply of these materials. Past contract copies will be required as proof

Submission Date

Quotations should be submitted in HARD COPIES only in a sealed envelope cleared marked “TENDER FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 35 DESKTOP COMPUTERS” and must be deposited in the tender box situated at the front office at National Office in PHI Lusaka.

NO ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION WILL BE ALLOWED.

Fully supported quotation with selection requirements must be submitted not later than Tuesday 26th May 2020 at 10:00hrs and should be submitted to the address given above.
