Texila wishes to recruit a suitably qualified individual to fill the post of Quality Officer.

The incumbent will be in charge of the following,

Ensure that the organizations Quality Management System confirms to customer, internal, ISO 9001, and regulatory/legal requirements.
Ensuring Monthly review meetings, Audits, Revamping process (SOP / Policy) are conducted as per the review cycle.
Approving audit calendars, audit reports, SOP, Policy, Template, etc and provide changes if required.
Ensuring Employee Appraisal is flawlessly done after Functional Heads.
To verify and approve Agent “MOU” to ensure compliance.
To ensure ISO certificate is obtained for the organization
Qualifications

Full Grade Twelve Certificate.
A Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution.
Quality Certification will be an added advantage.
Two to five years experience in a similar role.
Skills

Proven ability to lead a team.
Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
Must have strong analytical, problem solving, and management
Experience with MS-Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is needed.
