Texila American University, An International University group with students from over 70 Countries and teachers from over 12 Countries is looking for staff for their office in LUSAKA. If you have a passion and flair for Sales then you are the right candidate.
The position will be on a contract basis, for a period of two years, first three months the company will review the performance of the executive and also assess the suitability of the resource for the nature of job they are recruited in.
Enrollment Advisors (Sales Executives)
Job description:
- Advising & Counseling the prospective lead (Candidate)
- Inform the potential client about features and benefits of the program
- Ensuring that client needs are understood interpreted and communicated accurately and that their expectations are managed at all times.
- Close sales &Exceed targets and achieve new business targets
- Relationship management
- Adhere to a maximum 1 hour response time to emails, leads, requests for fees quotes
- Accurate weekly, monthly report compilation & circulation
- Providing the Team Leader with a weekly update as to the above (number of calls made, meetings attended, and updates to the pipeline).
Requirements for Position:
- 5 years marketing or Sales experience.
- Excellent communication skills and good with MS-Office knowledge.
- Target driven, sales minded and self-motivated with proven sales track record
- Be self-starter: able to manage their own time and achieve weekly deliverables set for them.
- Comfortable with calling and have experience in conducting face-to-face meetings
- Hold a Diploma, Degree or Equivalent from a recognized institution.
