The Bible Society of Zambia (BSZ) was established in 1966. Its mandate is to spread the Good News of our Lorcl and Savior Jesus Christ by translating, producing and distributing Scriptures. The Bible Society of Zambia is a member of the Global Fellowship of the United Bible Societies (UBS) which consists of over 147 national Bible Societies established in 1946.

The Bible Society of Zambia seeks to employ a Projects Manager.

Academics

• At least a degree in Development Studies or Project Management and or other relevant qualifications
• At least four (4) years of experience in a reputable organization with the advantage of having worked in an NGO.
• Competence in Microsoft Office package and related computer skills.

Skills

• Ability to work and interact with faith-based organizations plus experience working with Church-related projects.
• A broad understanding of the development landscape in Zambia and internationally.
• Excellent community organizer.
• Experience in Project Monitoring and Evaluation.
• Experience in Resource Mobilisation is an added advantage.

Other

• Must be a Christian of good standing in his/her Church supported by a letter of reference from the church.
• A valid driving license
• Age: 30-40 years
