HR EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

  • To supervise the jobs carried out at the department.
  • To assist Manager-HR in planning manpower requirement of the Company.
  • To carrying preliminary interviews.
  • To induct a new incumbent into the company.
  • To attend to staff grievances and counseling of staff.
  • To organising staff cultural / sports activities, picnics, and other events.
  • To manage and implement performance appraisals using the performance management system.
  • To monitor compliance of statutory formalities.
  • To handle the statutory inspections by concerned authorities.
  • To prepare and monitor payroll and related expenses of the Company.
  • To facilitate promotions and increments to staff.
  • To assist the Manager to facilitate staff welfare.
  • To facilitate exit interview and analysis of the same
  • To ensure that the human resource information system is updated.
  • To oversee the administration of the staff cafeteria
  • To prepare various reports and submit them to Corporate HR
  • To handle disciplinary issues.
  • To review compliance & implementation of HR policies.
  • To assist the HR Manager to review the job descriptions for all categories every two years.
  • To co-ordinate with the company lawyer on court cases.
  • To conduct CFID & cafeteria committee meetings.
  • To implement a wage settlement.
  • To implement and monitor the TBEM processes.
  • To updating internal reward and recognition program.
  • To manage all filing and administration tasks for the department.
  • To implement and monitor ISO 14001 – Environmental Management System, EMPs & O&Ts, OCPs, and training of staff.
  • To enable and adhere of the principles and work practices detailed under HACCP System in the department viz., Food Safety, Hygiene, and Cleanliness, Health, Storage etc. as applicable to the area of your work place.
  • In addition to the above functions, any other assignment/job given by the Management occasionally or on a daily basis to be performed respectively.

Desired Qualifications, Experience:

  • Degree in Human Resources
  • 3 years Experience
  • Working knowledge of labour laws and the application of various policies and procedures
  • Member of ZIHRM
