Responsibility
- Planning and managing activities of the Customer service Centre.
- Marketing and sale of all product.
- Provide monthly evaluation report of all staff.
- Provide weekly / monthly sales report.
- Taking stock and cash inventory.
- Managing and allocating staff resources according to changing needs.
- Supervising customer service centre teams, learning about the products and services of the organization following up to date with modifications.
- Rendering and solving customers’ technical problems.
- Keeping abreast development and changes in customer service field by attending meetings.
- Paying and delivery of CASH at the Bank and Head office (Finance Dept).
- Analysing data or statistics to identify the customer service levels the organization is providing.
- Performs other duties as required and assigned.
Requirements
- Strong Supervisory skills and background.
- Possess strong product and system knowledge.
- Possess good communications, writing and analytical skills.
- English Language is Compulsory.
- Computer Literacy, Proficient in Excel, and Microsoft Word.
- A graduate in Business Admin, Mass Communication, Other humanities from a recognized university.
- With at least 3-5 years working experience Customer Service.
- Centre Management with proven achievements to be added advantage.
