Responsibility

  • Planning and managing activities of the Customer service Centre.
  • Marketing and sale of all product.
  • Provide monthly evaluation report of all staff.
  • Provide weekly / monthly sales report.
  • Taking stock and cash inventory.
  • Managing and allocating staff resources according to changing needs.
  • Supervising customer service centre teams, learning about the products and services of the organization following up to date with modifications.
  • Rendering and solving customers’ technical problems.
  • Keeping abreast development and changes in customer service field by attending meetings.
  • Paying and delivery of CASH at the Bank and Head office (Finance Dept).
  • Analysing data or statistics to identify the customer service levels the organization is providing.
  • Performs other duties as required and assigned.

Requirements

  • Strong Supervisory skills and background.
  •  Possess strong product and system knowledge.
  •  Possess good communications, writing and analytical skills.
  • English Language is Compulsory.
  •  Computer Literacy, Proficient in Excel, and Microsoft Word.
  • A graduate in Business Admin, Mass Communication, Other humanities from a recognized university.
  • With at least 3-5 years working experience Customer Service.
  • Centre Management with proven achievements to be added advantage.
