TOPSTAR is an equal opportunity employer who’s currently looking for a graduate with no experience to work as HR intern for the development of his/her career.
Benefits to the Intern
There will be regular hands-on exposure within the human resources department with a focus on recruitment and selection, Training and development, and change management etc.
Internship goals and learning objectives:
- To build your human resources skill set specifically with regard to a recruiting focus.
- To build your understanding of the general high level and tactical pieces involved in recruitment.
- To develop your communications skill set for internal and external audiences.
- To develop your skill set and professional work style with various colleagues and mentors both internal and external.
- Learn internal operations not only limited to HR, but also HR, Accounting, Administration etc.
- Learn how to identify areas of process improvement
- Learn how to train and develop staff
- And many other duties assigned by supervisor
Requirements :
- Should be a recent graduate at Copperbelt University or the University of Lusaka. (2015-2017).
- No experience needed.
- Major in Human Resource Management.
- Must have a full grade 12 certificate including a credit in English and Mathematics
Should be between the age of 25 and 35
