TopStar Communications Company Limited: Direct Sales Representatives x20

Topstar communications company limited is currently looking for 20 highly motivated individuals to work as Direct Sales representatives in Lusaka.

Duties include but are not limited to:-

• Execute exceptional consumer sales and achieve assigned targets.
• Effectively conduct inter-personal communications (IPC) and market Topstar products effectively.
• Carry out routine visits and sales/promotions in respective townships/communities e.g. door to door
• Maintain and retain customers by providing good customer care and after sales services.
• Basic daily reporting.

Qualifications:-

• Previous sales experience is a plus.
• Must have grade 12 certificate.
• Must be between the ages of 18 to 30.

Requirements:-

• Must be energetic, self-starter and self-motivated.
• Must possess good leadership skills.
• Must possess exceptional sales and marketing skills.
• Performing signal management is a plus.
