Topstar is a Zambian communications company that has come to offer Digital life to all Zambians. As an equal opportunity employer and fast-growing company, we are currently looking for an experienced candidate to fill the vacancy of Corporate and TV Sales Manager.

Responsibility

  • Formulate the company sales policy for the shopping Malls and supermarket customers.
  • Set the sales targets, and elaborate specific programs.
  • Development of Shopping mall and supermarket customers, maintain the relationship.
  • Accomplish the targets of customer sales, and ensure timely payment.
  • Supervise and urge subordinates achieve the expected sale targets individually, and submit the documents on time.
  • Achieve the sales tasks independently, and Build teamwork in tracking big customers.
  • Maintenance Long-term relationships with customers and decision-making.
  • Try the best to collect the customer’s information and Targeted customers’ requirements, then report to the Sales Director on time.
  • According to the rules of the company, visit the customers on time.
  • Responsible to organize and attend the training for new staff.

Requirement

  • Bachelor/Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or any other related filed.
  • 3-5 Years working experience in Telecommunications Company or profit-making organization.
  • Local Residents will be given priority.
  • Computer Literacy, Proficient in Excel, and Microsoft Word.
  • Ability to provide outstanding channel sales, shopping mall and supermarket sales.
  • Ability to adapt to Change
  • Able to Coach and Mentor his subordinate
  • Possess strong product and system knowledge.
  • Excellent communications, writing, and analytical skills and Problem-solving skills.
