Trade Kings Limited is a leading manufacturer of quality detergent soaps, households, and confectionery products located in Lusaka’s Light Industrial Area. In its quest to improve service delivery, the company seeks to employ suitably qualified individuals, highly motivated and goal-oriented professionals to fill the vacant positions listed above.

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Production Supervisors to oversee our production operations. Production Supervisors will guarantee that production remains a smooth and efficient process by monitoring employees and organizing workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.
• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing work schedules
• Oversee and coach employees.
• Ensure safe use of the equipment and schedule regular maintenance programs.
• Check production output according to specifications.
• Submit progress reports on production.
• Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures.
• Enforce strict Health & Safety guidelines and company standards.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Chemical Engineering/Production Management or other related field.
• Minimum of 03 years proven work experience as Production Supervisors or similar roles from reputable organizations.
• Applicants must be between 30 to 45 years old.
• Must be based in Lusaka with own accommodation.
• Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
• Organizational and leadership capabilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Problem-solving skills.
