Call Aid Management, working on behalf of their UK based client A1 Travel is looking for Exceptional Travel Reservations Agents to join the Leading Travel Agent in their Lusaka-based Call Center.

Due to extensive growth the Call Center is undergoing, this is a fantastic time to join the company and progress yourself up the company structure to have a successful career within the Travel industry.

To Be Considered for This Role you Must Possess the Following:

  1. Outstanding Communication Skills-Dealing with UK-based customers, English language skills must be exceptional.
  2. First Class Interpersonal skills- Being able to relate with customers.
  3. Motivated, confident and Sales Driven- Ability to take initiative and meet sales targets.
  4. Good time keeping and attendance- Demonstrate high level of commitment to the job and duties.
  5. Flexibility with Work Hours- The job has a shift-rotation system, standard and late work hours.

This is a fast-paced and challenging work environment and the role suits Confident, Driven, Forward Thinking, Outgoing and Target-Driven Individuals.

The Job Role will involve:

  • Building a friendly rapport with customers over the telephone
  • Creating tailor-made holiday packages to suit customer’s needs/preferences.
  • Achieving monthly sales targets
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times
  • Ensuring all enquiries are dealt with in a professional and helpful manner
