JOB OPPORTUNITY – TRUCK DRIVER (1

iCare Zambia  Limited (ROJO Environmental Management Systems1) is a Copperbelt based Environmental Management & Renewable Energy Company. Established in 2013 in Ndola Zambia, the Company is renowned for streamlined waste Management services incorporating Mobile payment, online management, and Handling of Industrial, domestic and hazardous waste.

The Company is seeking to recruit an Experienced Truck Driver (1) to work in Ndola, Copperbelt Province.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing regular Mechanical maintenance to issue that the trucks are in good working order
• Inspecting trucks before and after every trip, which includes Checking the oil, gas, water as well as the lights and tires
• Promptly reporting any accident, injuries or mechanical faults to management
• Driving Dump Trucks and Maintaining accurate driver logs
• Verification of the type of Waste being Loaded and ensuring that they don’t exceed weight restrictions
• Complying with all Solid Waste Management safety rules and regulations

Requirements:

• Five (5) or more years of mechanic experience
• Must have a Valid Zambian Class CE Driver’s License with 5 years’ Experience
• Must have Valid Medical Examiner’s Certificate
• Clean Driving record
• Excellent problem – solving skill
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Effective Communication Skills
