SENIOR MANAGER FOR ADMINISTRATION AND HUMAN RESOURCES (X1)

• Minimum of a Masters qualification in Administration, Human Resources, Public Health or related field. Must have a General Education Qualification (GCE) with full school certificate or “O” levels in English, Mathematics and Science subjects,
• Must have at least ten (10) years of professional experience with 3-5 years’ experience in a senior management position. Experience working with a donor-funded program and knowledge of major donor requirements and compliance is an added advantage.
• Must have extensive knowledge of program management, be organized and have good problem-solving skills. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be computer literate, proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Should possess strong interpersonal and leadership skills, the ability to integrate and harmonize diversified functions and a high degree of emotional maturity.
