Two Service Manager Based in Lusaka.

• Not less than five years of managing Service Workshop/Department
• Must be a Zambian Citizen

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the National Service Manager, the incumbent will oversee an effective management of the service Department.

The key responsibilities among many others are as follows:

• Monitor appointment systems by setting realistic and achievable performance;
• Monitor customers satisfaction reports and develop service offers by targeting new customers and fleet companies and submit reports to the management;
• Conduct and analyse weekly/fortnightly key performance indicators;
• Monitor service and parts co-ordination through regular meetings with Parts Department;
• Established yearly staff training targets and needs
• Monitor service shop environmental and safety issues
• Ensure customer confidence through clean and orderly service operation and ensure the companies standards are maintained.
• Undertake Warranty and Technical Reports and Report to the National Service Manager.
• Control Work in progress and Vehicle in the yard awaiting payment.
• Conduct general tool checks and control workshop tools
• Maintain employee retention and satisfaction
• Monitor and action special service companions
• Adhere to all warranty, field technical Report and Repair support Request and standards operating procedures guidelines.
• Being the principal Change agent in the Department and being a role model in exhibiting company values..
