Consultant – Conducting a market needs assessment for vocational and technical skills and livelihood opportunities in Eastern Province

Winrock International (WI), in partnership with Women and Resources for Southern Africa (WARESA) and Panos Institute of Southern with funding from US Department of Labor (DOL) is implementing the Increasing Economic and Social Empowerment for Adolescent Girls and young women in Zambia – EMPOWER project. EMPOWER is a four-year project that aims to reduce the prevalence of child labor in targeted rural areas in Eastern Zambia, in the following districts, Chipata, Chadiza, Lundazi, Katete and Petauke.

The EMPOWER project is seeking a consultancy firm, organization, or company to conduct a district-level and community-level market assessment for goods and services to better understand current market gaps and opportunities for adolescent girls ages 15-17 and vulnerable women in targeted areas of the Eastern Region of Zambia.
