Yalelo is looking for a top-notch Senior ICT Specialist to ensure that the necessary people, processes, partners and technology are in place to enable cross-functional teams across the business to satisfy consumers’ need for Zambia’s # 1 fish.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpretation and translation of business objectives and needs into workable ICT solutions utilizing best practice service and project management frameworks
- Makes decisions about the day-to-day operation of the ICT team, including the development of workplans, budgetary management and management of work assignments
- Supports the definition of quarterly team objectives and key results, monitoring progress against these and providing the necessary guidance and support to the team for goal attainment
- 3rd Party Supplier and Service Provider Relationship Management
- Exercises a high degree of skill and competency which utilizes judgment and initiative to maintain overall accountability for the delivery of a high performing service support function
The Right-Fit Candidate:
- 3 to 5 years relevant work experience with previous team leadership/management experience
- ITIL qualified
- Exceptional organization skills, attention to detail and the ability to follow through to resolution against customer needs
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
