Required Qualifications
- Degree in Social Sciences (Psychology preferable) from a reputable university
- Minimum 12 months’ work experience (corporate environment)
- Proven inter-personal skills, ability to work in the multi-cultural environment with sensitivity and respect for diversity.
- Strong computing skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong commitment to customer service.
- Must be autonomous, result oriented, self-motivated and action-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
