Position: Chief Financial Officer

JOB BRIEF

This role report to the Chief Executive Officer of ExpressCredit Zambia, with dotted line to the Group Chief Financial Officer.

The Chief Financial Officer position is accountable for the administrative, financial, and risk management operations of the company, to include the development of a financial and operational strategy, metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results.

REQUIREMENTS

• Full ACCA, paid up member of ZICA;
• MBA in Finance or Economics an advantage
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Financial Management in the Microfinance Institutions or Banks, of which at least 3 years in supervisory position.
