Zambezi Watercourse Commission (ZAMCOM) Recruiting
The Zambezi Watercourse Commission (ZAMCOM) is a river basin organization set up by countries that share the Zambezi River Basin, as stipulated in the 2004 ZAMCOM Agreement and in accordance with the revised SADC Protocol on Shared Watercoursesof 2000. Its main objective is “to promote the equitable and reasonable utilization of the water resources of the Zambezi Watercourse as well as the efficient management and sustainable development thereof”.
JOB TITLE: SECURITY OFFICER (2 Position)
Main Duties
- Protection of personal and institutional properties
- Asset control and monitoring of people coming in and out of the institution
- Maintaining of the occurrence book (O.B) and the incident book
- Ensuring that all doors and windows of all offices are secured and closed each day
- Ensuring that lights in all offices are switched off
- Ensuring that the mileage of all company vehicles are recorded
Experience and qualification
- Must have a grade 12 Certificate
- Training in security
- At one (1) year experience in security operations and investigations
- Police training would be an added advantage.
