Zambia Airports Corporation Limited is a reputable Aviation Organization with a mission to provide World Class Airport and Air Navigation Services at our four major International airports; namely Kenneth Kaunda in Lusaka, Simon Mwanse Kapwepwe in Ndola, Harry Mwaanga Nkumbula in Livingstone and Mfuwe International Airports.

POSITION: SPECIALIST – MARKET RESEARCH AND BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE (1)

LOCATION: HEAD OFFICE

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities

This position is responsible for undertaking research surveys, performing data analysis, reporting and providing logistical support to the department for planning purposes and in line with the relevant legislation, policies, strategies, processes, procedures, and required standards, and in alignment with the overall ZACLstrategy.

Key Performance Areas

  • Contribute to the Corporate Planning and Strategy Departments strategy formulation and operational planning
  • Manage and execute industry research activities and processes
  • Manage electronic dashboards and statistical data back up
  • Provide support in the application of industry research and business intelligence guidelines
  • Manage implementation of the department’s research and business intelligence-related activities

Qualifications and Competencies

  • Grade 12 School Certificate with at least 5 “0” level credits including English and Mathematics
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics or any related field
  • Knowledge of research methodology
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in a relevant field
  • Computer literacy and skills are a must
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint will be an added advantage
