Human Resources Officer – Training

Reporting to: The Director Human Resources

Duties and responsibilities

• He/she shall be responsible for the effective coordination and management of all the training programmes in the Corporation.
• Preparation of training needs analysis, development of annual training programs, schedules, delivering and monitoring training.
• Preparing and managements of the training budgets and generating monthly training reports

Qualifications and Experience

• Full grade 12 school certificate
• University degree in Education, HRM or Social Science
• Atleast 2 years post qualifications experience in similar position
• Member of the Zambia institute of Human Resources Managements
• Ability to conduct training
• Strongly communications and organizations skills
• Must be computer literate
