Zambia Institute of Advanced Legal Education Currently Recruiting

The council of the Zambia Institute of Advanced Legal Education (ZIALE) is looking for the qualified, experienced, self-motivated and result oriented person to fill the position of a Senior Librarian.

Responsibilities

• To plan coordinate and provide library and information and Communications Technology (ICT) services in order to enhance efficiency and smooth running of the professional and research programmes of the institute

Qualifications

• 5 “O” Levels, including English and Mathematics
• Degree in Library and informations studies from recognised University
• Proven proficiency in computer
• Member of Library and Information Association of Zambia (LIAZ)
• Knowledge and ability to use library Information systems
• Ability to manage ICT vendor relationships and Service Legal Agreement between Institute and vendors
• Five years progressive work experience
• Not less than 30 years old
• Excellence analytical skills
• ICT skills Strong presentations and instruction skills
• Demonstrated leadership, supervisory and motivational skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to write highly technical reports
