Job Opportunities (Paid internships) – Zambia Institute for Medical and Psychological Studies(ZIMPS)

ZIMPS is a fast emerging college in Lusaka, Zambia offering health sciences programs & courses, We intend to be part of the solution in building a concrete health ecosystem for 21st century and beyond, through training of high-performance health professionals for the benefit of the communities they will serve.

We wish to recruit suitably qualified, visionary, and experienced individuals to fill up the following positions

1. Public Health Lecturer (Intern)

Qualifications

i.Grade 12 certificate
ii. Masters degree in PH/ BSc. PH
iii. Teaching background/methodology certificate will be an added advantage

Functions

i. Preparing lesson plans in assigned courses in line with course outline
ii. Lecture in assigned courses and classes in line with lesson plans and course outlines
iii. Prepare and grade assessments

2. Clinical Tutor/Instructor (Intern)

i. Grade 12 certificate
ii. Masters degree in Registered Nursing/Bsc RN
iii. Clinical experience for a year
iv. Teaching background/methodology certificate will be an added advantage

Functions

i. Preparing lesson plans in assigned courses in line with course outline
ii. Lecture in assigned courses and classes in line with lesson plans and course outlines
iii. Prepare and grade assessments

3. Environmental Health Lecturer (Intern)

Qualifications

i. Grade 12 certificate
ii. Masters degree in EH/ BSc. EH
iii. Teaching background/methodology certificate will be an added advantage

Functions

i. Preparing lesson plans in assigned courses in line with course outline
ii. Lecture in assigned courses and classes in line with lesson plans and course outlines
iii. Prepare and grade assessments
