Title: Back Office Specialist- Mobile Money

To effectively and efficiently oversee and ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day Mobile Money back-office operations in order to achieve revenue and sales targets.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related degree

Professional Registration:

  • Any Professional Body membership

Minimum Experience :

  • 3 years preferably in Telecoms/FMCG Industry

Key Skills:

  • Service Level Management, service/product support
  • Familiar with mobile money business, transaction processes, and procedures
  • Product and service knowledge – Customer registration, system access,
