Title: Back Office Specialist- Mobile Money

OVERALL PURPOSE
To effectively and efficiently oversee and ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day Mobile Money back-office operations in order to achieve revenue and sales targets.
JOB SPECIFICATION
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related degree
Professional Registration:
- Any Professional Body membership
Minimum Experience :
- 3 years preferably in Telecoms/FMCG Industry
Key Skills:
- Service Level Management, service/product support
- Familiar with mobile money business, transaction processes, and procedures
- Product and service knowledge – Customer registration, system access,
