OVERALL PURPOSE

Answering incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information.

JOB SPECIFICATION

Minimum Qualifications: Diploma in any business related field
Professional Registration: Zambia Institute of Marketing
Minimum Experience : 2 work experience preferably in telecoms or services industry
