OVERALL PURPOSE
Implement an effective Talent Management and Development service to the Organisation in alignment with the overall Human Resource Strategic objectives in order to improve individual and organizational productivity.
JOB SPECIFICATION
Minimum Qualifications:
- A relevant degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- Master’s degree will be an added advantage
Professional Registration:
- Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management
Minimum Experience :
- Minimum of 5 years in Human Resource Management, Organisational Development including extensive experience in training and development
- At least 3 years in a management-level position
Key Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of individual and organizational methods, tools and technologies
- A broad understanding of the Telecoms business
- Policy and procedures development
- In-depth knowledge of talent management, manpower planning, recruitment, executive searching and general resourcing
