To manage a team of experts in the analysis, provision and innovation of solutions to complex challenges to ensure optimal performance of the Zamtel Core Network and delivery of quality services.

NETWORK SUPPORT MANAGER
To manage a team of experts in the analysis and resolution of complex technical challenges on all Wireless and Fixed Access, Transmission, IP Transport and Power subsystems on the Zamtel Network to ensure optimum availability and provision of quality

OPERATIONAL ASSURANCE MANAGER
To manage network and operational risks, business continuity and proactive impact analysis; crisis management and recovery, operational reporting and network monitoring and diagnostics to drive Zamtel Network Operations to excellence.

Project Engineer Infrastructure Support
Implement Infrastructure Support Services and Civil/Structural works under project implementation to ensure delivery of Zamtel structural works according to approved schedules, quality, scope and budget.

Engineer- Enterprise Network
Maintain and monitor Enterprise Network Operations to ensure optimal availability of the network and provision of quality services to enterprise customers.
